Howard is a founding member, general counsel and managing partner of StolzenbergCortelli, LLP since the inception of the firm in 2014. Prior to that, he was the managing partner of a personal injury firm for over 18 years. Howard acquired his Juris Doctor (JD) in 1990 and for the last 32 years has been a civil trial lawyer and persistently fighting for his client’s rights. He has always only represented those who are injured.
Howard strives to maintain the true principles of good old-fashioned service when people actually cared and got to know a person on a personal level. He understands that people who are injured are vulnerable and it’s his professionalism, compassion, and knowledge of the law and the case at hand that sets him apart from other lawyers. Well aware of the impact a personal injury accident can have on an individual where someone can experience excruciating pain and discomfort, financial distress, and emotional distress, all due to the negligent acts or omissions of someone else, Howard makes sure that everyone in the firm is sympathetic to the client’s needs every step of the way to assure the clients are taken of emotionally, physically and financially. Each client is just that, a client, not a case. Howard maintains friendships with many of his clients after their case has finished and some clients even consider him part of their family.
“The attention to each of our clients special needs is what sets our firm apart from all others”
Howard is known as a fierce litigator, aggressively fighting for his clients. He is a strategist, mapping out from the beginning of the case how the lawsuit will proceed in order to maximize the result. He is the firm’s chief negotiator. He takes his over 30 years of experience and applies it to the particular facts of the case and the applicable law in order to get the best result possible. Howard has recovered millions of dollars for his clients.
Howard is extremely accessible to his clients via meeting either in the office or outside of it, phone, email, text, or Zoom.
After hours (if there really is such a thing), Howard spends time with his wife and three children, and 2 dogs. He is an avid hockey player, playing on three adult hockey teams. He also enjoys playing racquetball and golf.
