Free Case Review
Free Case Review
Tell us what happened. An attorney will review it and call you back — usually the same day. There is no cost and no obligation.
- No fee unless we win
- Read by an attorney, not a call center
- Confidential
What you can expect
- You pay nothing unless we win Injury cases are handled on contingency, and the review itself is always free. If we take the case, our fee comes out of the recovery — never out of your pocket.
- An attorney reads it, not a call center Every submission goes to the partners directly. The person who calls you back is the person who would handle the case.
- Telling us does not commit you Sending this form does not create an attorney-client relationship, and what you tell us stays with us. If you do not have a claim, we will say so.
- Deadlines are shorter than most people think Most New York injury claims allow three years, but a claim against a city, county, school district or transit authority generally requires a notice of claim within 90 days. If a public entity may be involved, do not wait.
Se habla español. The firm has Spanish-speaking staff and handles cases in Spanish — write to us in Spanish if that is easier.

What happens after you send it
-
01
We read it the same day
Submissions go straight to the partners. If it arrives after hours, it is read the next morning.
-
02
We call you back
Usually the same day. We will ask what happened, whether you were treated, and whether anyone has contacted you from an insurance company.
-
03
We tell you where you stand
Including if you do not have a claim worth bringing. If there is a deadline running, you will hear that on the first call.
-
04
If we take it, we start immediately
Evidence disappears fast — vehicles get repaired, scenes get cleaned, footage gets overwritten. Preservation is the first thing we do, not the last.
Or come in, or we will come to you
Four offices across Westchester, Rockland and Brooklyn. If travel is difficult after an injury, we will meet you at home or in hospital.
